RETURNS

Products purchased may be returned within 14 days of delivery, except for items sold during THE NOLD’s “Warehouse Sales”, which are final sale, unless the item is faulty.

Items must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached. Where provided, belts and dust bags must also be included as part of the return.

We do not currently offer free returns, but our team would assist you in getting the shipping label ready for return in our EU warehouse. Please contact our customer support over the chat or reach out to hello@thenold.com with your order number.
