Product Authenticity & Item Condition
Yes. THE NOLD only lists authentic designer products that have been sourced through brand partners, approved sellers, or verified pre-loved contributors. Each item is carefully inspected before being shipped to ensure it matches the condition and brand standards described on the product page.
Most new and sample items come with original packaging (e.g., branded dust bags, tags, or boxes). Pre-loved items may not include original packaging, but any missing accessories or imperfections will always be disclosed in the listing.
Sample sale pieces are often unworn showroom samples or overstock from past collections. They may have been tried on but are generally in excellent or new condition. If any item has minor flaws or differences from standard retail versions, this will be clearly noted in the product description.
Orders, Shipping & Delivery
THE NOLD offers worldwide shipping with flat-rate options based on region:
- EU Orders: €19 shipping fee
- UK Orders: £19 shipping fee
- USA & International Orders: $19 shipping fee
Delivery time typically ranges from 2 to 10 business days, depending on the brand and origin of the items. Estimated delivery windows are always shown at checkout.
Some items on THE NOLD are shipped Delivery Duties Paid (DDP), meaning duties and taxes are included in your checkout total. For others, duties may not be included — in that case, you may be responsible for paying them upon delivery. Please always refer to the Shipping & Returns page.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email with all the relevant courier details. You can also check the status of your order in your THE NOLD account dashboard. If you haven’t received your tracking link within a few days, contact support at hello@thenold.com.
Returns & Refunds Policy
Returns are only available to customers located within the EU, and must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Outside the EU, all sales are final due to customs complexity and fulfilment structures. Items marked as “FINAL SALE” are not eligible for returns or exchanges, regardless of destination.
If your order is eligible for a return, simply email hello@thenold.com within 14 days of receiving the item. You’ll be guided through the return process, including return shipping instructions. Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
Return shipping costs are typically covered by the customer, unless otherwise stated. In cases where an item is defective or significantly misrepresented, THE NOLD may offer a free return label or full refund.
Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items
'FINAL SALE' means that the item cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. These are typically high-discount items from sample sales or last-in-stock archive listings. Check the product page before purchase—if it’s marked FINAL SALE, it's a final purchase.
Orders on THE NOLD are processed quickly due to the limited nature of sample sales and low inventory levels. While most orders cannot be modified or canceled once placed, exceptions can be made if the order has not yet shipped. No, the Membership Card is not automatically renewed. You will have the option to repurchase it after the 12-month period if you'd like to continue receiving benefits.
